Israeli Go Championship 2023
February 15-17, 2024
The championship will be held on 15-17.2.2024 (Thursday-Friday-Saturday)
Venue : Chinese university UIBE
14 Hamagshimim street, Petach Tikva
Costs: Adults: 100 NIS;
Youth (till 18 y.o.)/ Student/ Soldier/ Association member 80 NIS;
Players participation up to 3 rounds (Notify in advance): 60 NIS;
Association (Aguda) membership – 70 NIS
Tournament: 6 rounds of about 3 hours per round.
Main time 60 min + 30 sec X 3 times
Japanese rules/ count, Komi = 6.5
Late arrival – double time penalty. 30 min late – Technical loss
Schedule:
Thursday 17:00-18:00 registration. 18:00: 1st game/ round
Friday: 10:00 – 16:00 rounds 2-3
Saturday: 09:00 – 18:30 4th, 5th & 6th round. 18:30 prize ceremony.

How to get to the tournament venue
The entrance to University is via Hamagshimis stree. There are signs of the University.
You drive is unpaved road till the end and ther eis the entrance gate.
